Our very own commercial FID Bench is made with a durable steel frame, built with a very sturdy design with contoured foam roller pads, boxed upholstery, and high-density foam provides an optimum amount of maintenance and comfort to let you get the most out of your workout.  

Safety roller pads – This bench has soft foam roller pads for comfort and extra protection for your ankles while performing exercises.  It also has high-density padding for extra comfort. 

Adjustable seat – The seat and back pads of this bench can be adjusted into different positions. Our bench is made from 3mm powder-coated steel and laser cut finishing, the rear pad can be adjusted to multiple heights ranging from  -15, 0, 30, 40, 60, 75 and 80 degrees
